Music by Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, lyrics by Kenneth Ibrahim and Tetsuya Mizoguchi, arranged by Takayuki Hijikata, sung by Naoki Takao.
It’s originally from an album called “Sega Rally Championship Ignition” which was then re-used for the Saturn version of the game.
