This is the first in a series of classic episodes, maybe we call it “Rhythm & Pixels: Babies!”, or maybe we call it “Retro Rednesdays!”. But either way, we want to highlight some of our favorite episodes from the early days of the show that have fallen of our now lengthy podcast feed!
First up to bat? Our look at the Ys series! The original idea of the show was for each of us to choose a game, and then we would each pick a track from the game and listen and discuss. This worked great for Shin Megami Tensei, and Ys! It was an opportunity to listen to how tracks have evolved from the classic PC-Engine sound to the CD quality audio it became later on! We hope you enjoy!
