Our musical theme this week may sound morbid, but we swear we’re coming from a good place! The theme is all things blood related! Characters who drink blood, fighting games that draw blood, and hospitals that need blood. That means everything from smooth, sexy jams, to heavy hitting 16-bit classics, to old-school hip-hop!
Why Donate Blood?
A blood donation truly is a “gift of life” that a healthy individual can give to others in their community who are sick or injured. In one hour’s time, a person can donate one unit of blood that can be separated into four individual components that could help save multiple lives.
To find out more about where to donate blood locally, use AABB’s locator.

You’re training hard, but there isn’t enough time to show everyone? That’s when you need a montage! We’re talking tough-hard-hitting music for pumping iron. But we’re also talking about fun, harmonica-filled jams for the end of a 90s sitcom. Like Family Matters. What if that actually was Carl Winslow helping out Bruce Willis in Die Hard? We ask the tough questions.
Joining us on the show is Cameron from the video game cover band The Mad Gear! Cameron brings his wealth of game and music knowledge to the table and pushes it to the limit!
